I also remember reading in the CF book that the board should meet at least annually.

I remember reading "atleast annually " or more frequently if the situation demands
( not sure if i read it in ethics or CF)

Right, I remember that question. Odd that this is not black and white and we are forced to use the implied meaning that we backed out of a question.

I think I read somewhere that it should be every 6 months... I don't think there is a "must" in this.

The text mentions the board must meet "regularly" but the AF consensus seems to be quarterly.
