Diluted EPS vs. Basic EPS
| In the schweser notes for pirce multiples on page 240 - they state that Diluted EPS is larger(and never lower) than Basic EPS and therefore the P/E ratio using diluted EPS will usually be lower. Isn't the opposite true? If not, can you explain? |
