Resume Question: Ethics Violation?

Hi Folks,

Is the following below a violation? If yes, does anyone have any suggestions on how to put it on your resume and keeping your resume format clean?

Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute, Charlottesville, VA, USA

? I have passed all three levels of the CFA Program and may be eligible for the CFA charter upon completion of the required work experience

I'm keeping mine simple, per the CFAI's LinkedIn instructions, under my resume's "Education/Certifications" section:

I have passed all three levels of the CFA Program and may be eligible for the CFA charter upon completion of the required work experience.
(Level III Volume 1 Ethical and Professional Standards , 4th Edition. Pearson Learning Solutions 148).

A candidate who has passed Level III but has not yet received his or her charter cannot use the CFA or Chartered Financial Analyst designation
(Level III Volume 1 Ethical and Professional Standards , 4th Edition. Pearson Learning Solutions 148).
