There is still some uncertainty with regard to the taxability of the curriculum. We must wait for China Customs to make a final decision. Please note that we have shipped your curriculum on 24 September 2007. Furthermore, once a decision is reached with China Customs there might still be a delay in completing your curriculum shipment due to the volume of shipments that have been put on hold. Because there are numerous candidates in a similar position, candidates will receive their curriculum shipments in the order that their registrations were completed. Again because of this special situation we do not have a tracking number, waybill number, nor a AIRWAY BILL number. You do have a shipment order number associated with your package, but UPS will not be able to reference this number. Your shipping number is ********. We apologize for any inconvenience this delayed has caused and we are working diligently to address this serious situation for many of our candidates. Thank you for your continued patience. |
