Compare the Accounting and the Economic Picture of the firm from the
perspective of Assets and Liabilities and Surplus over a given time period. To

from the economic perspective, it takes implicit cost into consideration like management expertise, which is ignored from the book value of financial statement. Accounting revenue is different from economic profit, you will get detailed explanation from Notes 2.
