大家好，我也是遇到跟大家同样的问题，9月30日的订单，一直在cfa网站上看到的都是这样

Order Date:	9/30/2007
UPS Tracking #:	Order has not been shipped

但是今天晚上刚刚接到UPS工作人员的电话，通知说这周末书就到中国了，要我传真身份证复印件去通关，估计通关要两天时间，下周上半段应该就可以拿到书了。接到电话之后我上CFA网站上查询的结果还是上面那个未发货字样。

所以大家不要太担心，很可能书马上就要到了，只不过CFA网站效率比较低下，没有更新状况吧。

补充一句，UPS好像只有我家里电话，所以才会那么晚打电话找我，然后让我给她留了个手机号便于联系。大家想想看自己当初留的联系方式是座机手机？家里的公司的？这可能也会延迟UPS跟你联系的时间。

我也是二十几号报名的，前两天刚收到官方确认信，UPS还没有联系偶呢。偶在北京。

看到楼主帖子第二天我也接到ups北京报关员的电话和邮件，让我传真身份证复印件去通关。

我是10月1日的订单。

当时UPS工作人员也说这周末书就到中国了。

但是今天我又打电话去问了，工作人员说CFA那边出现点什么问题，现在仍没有到货，也没有任何消息。

他说这一票快递有四五百件。他们在继续与CFAI沟通，但是不知道什么时候能够到货。

昨天发了一封信，措辞很激烈，因为前期我一直在发邮件追踪这个，我两次打电话问UPS，今天得到的答复是这样：

此外，他提到收到书的顺序是注册的顺序，但是我知道的比我注册晚的都有拿到书的～

As previously noted, we are working with China Customs and UPS to facilitate delivery of your curriculum.  There is still some uncertainty with regard to the taxability of the curriculum.  We must wait for China Customs to make a final decision.

 

Please note that we have shipped your curriculum on 24 September 2007. 

 

Furthermore, once a decision is reached with China Customs there might still be a delay in completing your curriculum shipment due to the volume of shipments that have been put on hold. Because there are numerous candidates in a similar position, candidates will receive their curriculum shipments in the order that their registrations were completed.

 

Again because of this special situation we do not have a tracking number, waybill number, nor a AIRWAY BILL number. You do have a shipment order number associated with your package, but UPS will not be able to reference this number. Your shipping number is ********.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this delayed has caused and we are working diligently to address this serious situation for many of our candidates.
