CFA Mock Morning session Ethics Q7

question, regarding
In this question’s explanation it says, contradicting employer instructions are not permitted regarding the violation of duties for employer. Where in the questions it says he got instructions from contradicting employer?

it breaches the standards to discuss CFA exam materials including the specific intricacies of the question on the mock. If this was a shweser or stalla mock no problem though. Sorry
