ER Associate Offer

position, research, investment, experience
received offer from a MM bank far a research associate position. highly regarded research platform at this bank. not in NYC

just wondering what you would expect for salary and bonus for this position. looking to compare my offer to 'market'

i have 2+ years experience in investment banking (small boutique) cfa level 3
