L1 sample v3 afternoon 第5题，此人在非CFA的考试中意图作弊，答案说违反了misconduct。

但monring 第四题里的人爱多喝两杯还被警察逮住了却说是没违反misconduct，因为他没在工作。

 

我看道德的指导里说：Do not abuse CFA Institute's Professional Conduct Program by seeking enforcement of this Standard to settle personal, political, or other disputes that are not related to professional ethics.

 

到底怎么判断呢？疑惑中。。。
