I actually started studying for Level 2 in Feb and worked 70 hours week. I've since quit the Big 4 firm and now work at a smaller company where I'll be working 45 hours max a week, that's why I'm comfortable starting a little later.

I don't think you forget anything, it's just I don't want to burn myself out (I want to focus on my marriage and future wife, which is more important thatn the CFA exams). I still remember a lot of the info from Level 1 and 2 so I'm not too worried about forgetting things. I read finance books on my own anyway, so it's not like something totally different.

Anyway, thanks for the advice Chi Paul!
